This is an amazing session. I always wanted to try Sound Healing but was hesitant. This session provided a great introduction and experience. It's great that we have these opportunities right within our office, to encourage us to make time to take care of our inner peace! It’s wonderful, thank you!
Thank you so much for the session!! It was amazing. I recognised I was in an REM state, where I was resting but still conscious. After the session, I forgot the thoughts I had, and I was able to let go of and forget the things I don’t need in my life. I felt like I met my soul for the first time!
Yinki was amazing!! She was thoughtful and really heard me out, making it a very personalised experience. Her voice is magical and soothing. I really loved and appreciated the guided meditation at the beginning and the sky and clouds metaphor in particular.
As someone with zero experience in sound healing, I had no idea what to expect from the sound session. Yinki was great in explaining the process and walking us through the session.
