I’m smiling!

While navigating my never-ending to-dos

Because I now have a system

And I hope it’ll work for you too!

I see you beautiful soul, your planner is filled with seemingly never-ending self-regenerating to-dos, you have colour-coded time blocks on your Google Calendar, you’re pouring yourself cups of ambition (Dolly anyone?), you're doing the best you can to nourish yourself with self care yet still need to answer to emails.

I hear you. I see you. That's why I made this guide for you!

Even after attending the most reputable and prestigious schools (e.g. a G20 High School that attains the top IB grades and Prestigious Liberal Arts Colleges affiliated with the Ivy League), I wish I had these tools.

Even as I worked in various jobs and roles, I always felt extremely scattered and didn’t always feel accomplished even though I was devouring my to-do lists.

Now as I’ve been building my business, I’ve had to learn how to prioritise productivity. The kind of productivity that doesn’t turn you into a sleep deprived, red eyed robot STOP RIGHT THERE- no, nada, none of this.

But, the type of productivity that is nourishing and re-energizing!

Admittedly, finding this balance is truly one of the greatest mysteries of life, as Adele eloquently sings in her song I Drink Wine as she floats down a river in a gold dress with a glass of red wine in her hand,

“They say to play hard, you work hard
Find balance in the sacrifice
Yet I don't know anybody
Who's truly satisfied”

And while we’re on this journey, we can use tools and shift our mindset to help anchor and propel us further!

With this Guide, you'll be able to maximize your productivity and time for what really matters.

The aim is to choose & prioritize a highlight each week and day that is non-negotiable. When you're able to complete that task, feelings of groundedness and accomplishment follow!

(This is so crucial especially if you're feeling burned out and scattered. I feel you, I got you, and am cheering you on!)

Use this as a complementary tool to your existing planner. Instead of going weekly with never-ending to-dos, or feeling overwhelmed, you'll know to have an overarching goal or focus, and feel more anchored!

This guide was influenced by James Clear of Atomic Habits, Ali Abdaal of (YouTube?), the work of Jake Knapp and John Zertasky of Make Time for What Matters

As you download and use this guide, you’re taking a step forward to dismantle toxic “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” mentality in the trash, release the pressures of hustle & grinding from your energetic aura, and figure out who you are really when you take a step back from the hamster wheel.
